I agree with @forexbrokr in that this is still very much a US issue, with the EU possibly following. Luckily there are still some entrepreneurial countries out there that will see this as an opportunity to profit from. Just like the old days of Hong Kong, Panama and Singapore and Switzerland taking advantage of offshore banking deposits (think Eurodollars, Euroyen, Europounds etc).
