What is an NFTs?
Starting from the Basic logic we will break down the term, to conceptualize it and give it a fairly understandable meaning.
First we must know what a token is:
Token is a unit of value created to impose its business model on a given ecomic system and give more power to its users to interact with products of the same scope, while facilitating the distribution and distribution of benefits among all its shareholders, it is like the local and official currency of a country, but in terms of Cryptoactives, it is the official currency of a specific blockchain network; for Bitcoin, the Btc, for Steem, the Steem.
We must also know what it is to be "Non-Fungible".
When something or someone is Non-Fungible it is because it has a unique individuality and makes it impossible to be changed or replaced by another of the same nature. The clearest example of this could be a work by Picasso, as it would be unique and cannot be changed or replaced by another of the same origin.
THEN AN NFTs: It is nothing more than an added value to a digital intangible good that is unique in character and is a trend that is increasing in consumption and production, making it more popular, either due to its originality and by nature indestructible and non-transferable, and that assigns its bearer a unique and unforgeable certificate.
Yuval Noah Harari, says in one of his books, that gold has an added value not because it is worth it or because of him he wanted it, or it came with that price, but because that is how people imposed it and that is how it has remained. Starting from this example, a tangible good has its value in the real world, due to its occupation and beauty within physical space, but in the same sense that value and significance can be given to Digital and intangible Goods.

NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) are digital assets that basically start from the idea of adding a real value to a good within a digital world, because it is also worth it, from that same idea. Before, we attached value to tangible goods that we could touch and see such as gold, postage stamps, and works of art; And now we increasingly do it to intangible goods that we see above all, but probably cannot touch, goods that are housed within a computerized and digital world, which in the same way does not cease to be existing and real.
Coindesk explains the NFTs, as a clear and simple analogy between an NFT of any nature and a ticket for a concert, because in the ticket there is information about the ticket buyer, the date of the event and more details about it. So these entries as well as the NFTs, are personal and unique and have the individualized data of the owner and carrier.
NFTs have some features:
Strange and Unique: These assets have many analogies with works of art, of which there may be copies (it is even easier to make copies of digital works), but here the owner can certify that he is the sole and actual owner of the original work .
Indivisible: Unlike cryptocurrencies, NFTs cannot be divided into smaller parts, they only have a full value as an entity or token.
Indestructible: the data of an NFT is stored in the chain of blocks through a smart contract (Smart Contract), which means that it cannot be destroyed, deleted or replicated.
Absolute ownership: unlike music or cinema, owning one of these goods, its property is absolutely owned by the owner, that intangible asset is completely owned by the owner or owner.
Verifiable: the blockchain makes it possible to verify something that is much more complex to demonstrate or certify with topics such as art collecting or stamps, for example: the blockchain keeps a history of who has bought or sold an NFT and who is its current (absolute) owner, including the original creator from whom that digital asset was purchased in the first place.
In short, owning, either by buying or as a gift, an NFTs, makes you the owner of an intangible asset, fully traceable, that cannot be replicated or altered, that is stored in the blockchain and that is verified and safe for you. its owners, this being one of the main focuses of attention for the rise of the new times in digital economies and Cryptos.
A Rising Market
CoinMarketCap, says that the market for NTFs has multiplied by 10 since last February, when the work "Everydays. The first 5000 days" was sold and now it oscillates the 20,000 million dollars, which would even eclipse the meteoric bitcoin's rise in recent months, according to experts.
