Working on anything in crypto - or even investing in it, for that matter - means living in a world that moves at 1000x speed. The outside world moves so slowly compared to crypto.
Isn't this the reason why I am getting restless and bored with what's going on around me? 😆
Finding self-directed people who don’t need a green light for everything, or need direction/clear guidance = they become a burden.
That breed is rare and very difficult to find in the traditional system. All they care about is paycheck and benefits.
