Living in an interventionist age, can we still identify any country that doesn't fall into this category?

I find these two alarming:

Even after Hetzner's issues, they are still the data center that holds a majority of the Hive Engine nodes.

Yes, including Hive.

I !love to see the regulators chasing their tails.

We have to develop faster than they can regulate.
