I come across the proposal(not exactly DHF) by Lordbutterfly that can be read here to market the HIVE. Look like he has done lot of work in this regards and little is pending before a formal DHF proposal can be created.
Despite all the robust features and nice crypto bull run ,look like Hive is not able to raise it's price bar and general interest of public in it.
