The eNaira is like putting a band-aid on a knife wound in the carotid artery.
A country like that torches its currency due to mismanagement and overt corruption. People lose confidence in the government as well as the currency. Then they ban alternatives.
The Enaira to me is a scheme for money laundering. They will likely mint the currency to their desire. Also the country in terms of technology is not capable of controlling and running the Enaira.
I don't think the eNaira will solve anything. I think it will just kick the can down the road because the economy and the Naira isn't doing any better.
