How have Crypto and Blockchain Technology Impacted my Personal Finance?
My first venture in crypto and blockchain technology wasn't for personal finances. It was for communication. I felt as though I had a wealth of knowledge within me, but there was no outlet to communicate my thoughts. My wife, bless her heart, did the best she could, but she did provide me with an idea: Make a blog, and communicate with other people.

Welcome, fellow readers, to my first financial-related posting on Leo Finance. Today I'll be writing about how Crypto and Blockchain Technology impacted my personal finances. I haven't done much in trading in cryptocurrency, but I have participated greatly in postings and curations. However, I never thought it possible during my writings when I joined HIVE: I was earning crypto in the process.
Making it Rain

Crypto and blockchain haven't made it rain for me as of yet, but I've also chosen the slow safer path. Since moving to California, I went from being single to now having a full household to support. However, there has been progress.
My initial modest investment in STEEM is now almost double in HIVE. I won't be buying fancy cars or paying off college loans with it. I can only imagine how much greater, or lesser, it would be after trading through Leo Finance. Only time will tell, but that time is coming. Eventually, I will have to take the plunge if for no other reason than saying that I did it.
Tempered Excitement

Fortunately, there are plenty of helping minds on this platform who are more than willing to share their experiences. I was very fortunate to read a posting by @intothewild today that shared some of his highs and lows in cryptocurrency. It is stories like his that I actively seek out to add to my knowledge-deficient repertoire in finances.
Also, I can't discount the leadership provided by people like @theycallmedan. If it weren't for his posting on the #cryptofinance initiative, I would probably still be posting for STEM-related topics. Finance is a new and relatively uncharted experience for me.
Into the Unknown

How have Crypto and Blockchain Technology impacted my personal finance? It gave me another avenue for discussions with like-minded people. It allowed me to delve into the realm of finances and cryptocurrency safely. Most important, however, it provides me with a wealth of knowledge that, hopefully, guarantees financial success for my family, the hive community, and myself.
