Sup folks, here just a random article to mark my progress in my DSC:SPS liquidity pool milestone. Still, I am literally doing anything to boost my SPS airdrop points since I believe that SPS could be way more valuable in the coming future as long as we embrace another spring of crypto and the general capital market.

General View

Hive

The Hive has broke its upward trend and going towards with the general performance. Like dropping at the same time with BTC, ETH and so on....
I can wait another chance and I am not hurry to buy more Hive since we will never know where the bottom at.

Surprisingly, I just spot another pump in new player as at 18th May, 2022
Will keep tracking the data and interpret the insight behind the market.
Generally, it is a good sign combine in the upcoming big change in Node.

Active Rentals

The result was within my expectation, the rental contract pumps as the time goes by, especially during EOS for those sweet chests.
However, the daily contracts in USD is dropping since we found that the price of DEC drop as we are nearly at the end of SPS airdrop

My staked SPS

As I mentioned in my previous blog, I did NOT buy any single SPS from the market. It means that all my SPS are generated by the SPS airdrop everyday ever since I started Splinterland. So that I am actively manage to maximize my SPS airdrop in many ways as I mentioned.
Currently I only staked 50 more SPS and sitting at 500 SPS staked to get some regular Vouchers drop on daily basis.
Average 0.026 daily Voucher for me.
My focus is the DEC Liquidity Pools and collection power.

Yup, here comes my second milestone and I just hit 200K DEC in my liquidity pool.
The liquidity pool doubles my SPS aridrop points which is pretty attractive for me.
I reinvest my SPS from my daily airdrop to the LP on a daily basis to enlarge the power of compound interest.

Caution: The most common risk that liquidity providers could face is that of impermanent loss. In simple terms, impermanent loss means that the fiat value of a user’s crypto assets deposited to a pool could decline over time.

With noticing the risk, I am fine with both SPS and DEC so that I just use dollar cost averaging method to put my money in brainless and enjoy the reward.
The most important point for me is the term 'Liquidity' which also applicable for me since I can get my SPS and DEC back whenever I want. Unlike the staked SPS that I need to wait 28 days for unlocking process. It is definitely a huge advantage for me.
As indicated in the title, we only have 67 days left for the SPS airdrop, so I expected that I will sitting at 400K in my liquidity pool unless there are something unexpected happens such as the increase of volatility of token price.
