Daily GOALS... Because We ALL need to Keep Track of Our Road to SUCCESS!!!!

image Ah when dreams become true!


So yeah, like I was just saying in the title of this post, I need to keep track of my goals instead of just going about my day willy-nilly. I do love this life we live, especially while I'm taking a break from work... But we have lots of things to do here around the house, and over at the Sanctuary. I should take the most advantage possible of this time, not slaving away for someone else, to build our dreams.

I have to find a way of being more organized with my thoughts, and my actions. It's time to keep track of my goals to see if we're making headway!

Today is October 23, 2022:

  • Wake up early
  • Meditate
  • Write a post
  • Post it on Tweeter and Threads
  • Catch up on food-diary (I'll explain that one later)
  • Take care of Chickens
  • Breakfast
  • Put on 3rd layer of papier-mâché for our Halloween masks
  • Walk with family and the dog
  • Build a firepit
  • Lunch
  • Take care of recycling/garbage for pick up on Monday
  • Clean up garage a bit
  • Match a part on the Honda (sway bare stabilizer link)
  • Talk to Arseny about next week's work
  • Find a podiatrist
  • Work on Halloweens masks details
  • Dinner
  • Work on my book

That's a lot, but I think I'll get it done!!!

I know this is a short post, but really, I needed to write it down somewhere, and this Hive community is the best place to do so. If you read this, I invite you to try this format of daily goal writing. Let's see if we can all help one another reach beyond the limits of our usual habits.

Later this week I want to tell you a bit more about the food diary I'm keeping. It's for finetuning the foods, and nutrition that is best fitted to my body. The human body is really complicated, from the spine protecting pretty much the whole nervous system that connects our organs, to our gut flora which can dictate how we feel and think!!! I'll explain more about what's called Nutrition Response when I get around to writing about it soon.

Until then, wish my luck in completing my day's goals... it seems like a lot, but I think over all it's all things that are just right here close to home, and it's only 8 in the morning so far, so I think I got his!!!!

I really believe that the simple act of writing down my goals, puts a whole different view on it. It's also now closer to reality, by doing this, we put our thoughts into the physical world.
