SoftBank Group Corp British chip designer company Arm Holding may buy Nivida. The deal can be for 40 billion dollars 2.93 lakh crore rupees. Nividia could become a chip industry giant following the deal.
The deal would be on cash and stock basis. The report said that the value of the arm holding could be less than $ 40 billion. Nvidia manufactures graphic chips for video games. The company also makes chips for Artificial Intelligence self driving cars and data centers.
