How to use Splinterlands Referral Program to make extra $$$
Not sure if you are aware but Splinterlands has a referral program that can bring you in some decent side money dependign on the amount of referrals you have. To access it you simply go to your name on the upper right hand corner and click on Affiliate Program.
Once you are on this page simply copy and paste the information where the red arrow is pointing to share with a friend or family or any website you'd like. If someone clicks on your link and signs up you get credit for the following, it's written above the red arrow I'll try to zoom in.
So it came out a little distorted but I'll summarize as follows. You'll receive credit for your referrals when someone buys any kind of potion and the spell book that is needed to start playing to earn. I was making decent money when quest potions were out but I still recommend getting referrals because soon Chaos Legion packs are coming out and guess what this 5% bonus applies to every single pack your referrals will purchase!!
So you may ask how do I know if someone signed up under my referral link? Well go ahead and go back to your name on top and click on the same "Affiliate Program" again and underneath your referral you will see a list of people who signed up. I will show you a brief list of mine and I've been playing less than 38 days.
The really cool part is that you get to see how much you make if you click on the Payments part of the screen. You see "Referrals" then "Payments" right underneath the link, check this out.
So this is really cool that it's a feature included in the game I would highly suggest you start inviting people and enjoy the extra money you make on the side!
