Some people forget they're not the only person in the world. This complainer just doesn't understand why you can't upvote them with more strength, because they feel like they deserve it for some reason. I hope that they at least saw your explanation and maybe got off their high horse a little bit and calmed down. There's no reason to be upset over how small an upvote it. Would they rather it was a downvote? Gee whiz.
