Thank you! Glad that it was helpful for you! I think the biggest worry is a massive shift very fast -- and even then, it's only an issue because we think it's going to keep going up. If something goes up fast and down fast, the IL will "buy the dip and sell the spike algorithmically" as @edicted says above.
