I agree that it is always vital to take profit during the bull market and keep that profit as cash / stables.

I think you can take this thought a step further and include your profits on defi.

It's tempting to reinvest all your profits from high APRs back into the liquidity pair, but this ignores this important axiom:

All defi token prices go up, and all defi token prices come down. source
