I am as excited I think, as everyone else is about PolyCub, Project Blank and other developments on Leofinance.

But I agree with your often stated belief that one of the biggest value propositions for Leofinance is the Leobridge.

The ability to move investment capital cheaply and reliably between Polygon and Binance Smart Chain, along with moving it from Ethereum to these same to blockchains is super important.

I agree with you that this is one of the biggest differentiating utilities the Leofinance ecosystem has, and it must work well.

A big part of the success for the Leobridge is customer service. You need to provide support to customers moving funds on this bridge, and the support needs to be timely. Bad experiences here drive customers away and will stunt the growth of the community. It’s not enough to get new money into the system, you have to keep it in the system with customer support.

The ticket system is beautiful, but someone needs to respond to the tickets.

Please fix this.
