A stunning loss for democracy, a huge victory for cryptocurrency!

The Leaders of Russia and Communist China must be laughing at the western democraccies right now. Because now the entire world gets to see a democracy use tools meant for terrorists on it's own citizens.

Canada is showing the entire world that even in a democracy, if you dare to exercise your constitutional right to disagree with the government or support those who do monetarily you will be treated like a criminal with laws meant for terrorists.

The Police will be given special powers to Police you and the banks will be given special powers to freeze or drain your bank accounts of your money.

Oh Canada.... what have you done.

When the citizens of a democratic country, are being denied their most basic human rights it's a disgrace. And it forces people to seek solutions and in this case the solution is cryptocurrency.

First, The Canadian government just enacted the Emergency Powers Act, which gives the Police extra power to deal with demonstrators and strikers,

Second, this act not only allows the government to freeze the money in the bank accounts of the protestors, but it also gives them the right to freeze the bank accounts of people who send the protestors money.

This is a war on freedom of speech

They have declared a currency war on the protestors and their supporters. They have criminalized one of democracies most sacred freedoms, the freedom of speech,

This is a violation of the most basic constitutional protection against unreasonable search and seizure of personal goods, as in your money, in your bank account.

This act gives the government of Canada,the right to freeze the bank accounts of people who send the protestors money also, so now your political beliefs are criminalized.

Abuse of Power??

The Emergency Powers Act was created at a time when terrorists were blowing up buses and murdering innocent people in the streets. Any attempts to compare these protestors driving their trucks slowly down the street to impeded or slow traffic to terrorists who blow up buildings and mow down people with automatic weapons is a huge over-reach that is apparent to anyone with eyes to see and ears to hear.

The Canadian Government has lit a fire inside the banks and the minds of it's people, which may cause a stampede out the Legacy Banking system into cryptocurrency, because cryptocurrency fixes this.

A famous parable says that the more you tight your grip on a fistful of sand, the more sand slips through your fingers.

The Canadian government is forcing ordinary citizens to find a way to stop the government from seizing the cash in their banks acocunts.

The solution is clearly Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency like stable coins.

Quite simply cryptocurrency fixes this.

The Canadian government is doing more to promote cryptocurrency now then all the stories of Bitcoin millionaires could.

They are publizing their ability to abuse their power and control over the Canadian currency. And they are forcing hundreds if not thousands of people to find out how to put their money out of the reach of their government.

Plus everyone around the world on social media, which is billions of people are also learning that cryptocurrency is where you put your money, when you want to protect it from the government.

More importantly they are waking up to the news that China and Russia are laughing at us now.
Our proud, smug democracies always criticizing them for violating the basic human rights of their citizens. Now those communist gvenrments get to point to Canada and say: see...you are no better then us...here you are depriving your citizens of their basic himan rights. Rights which are guaranteed by your constitutions.

Its a sad day for democracy and a huge day for cryptocurrency. I have mixed emotions for sure.
