Alpha/Promo Boost Card

• I've noticed that sometimes when I win, I get boost to how much DEC I win due to some of my cards I own being either Alpha or Beta cards.

• Before my latest purchase, these two were my only owned Alpha and Beta cards: a Swamp Thing from Earth Splinter, and Dark Enchantress from Death Splinter.
  

• In the pursuit of earning more DEC per battle, coupled with my new gold cards, I bought the Beta card Skeletal Assassin since I use him quite a bit when it's a battle with a medium Mana Cap.

• Here's his stats and abilities. Not only does he have Sneak which attacks the backline enemy monster cards and Poison which has a chance to damage a targeted enemy with poison every round.

• I look forward to the boost he'll give me in DEC rewards per victory and he wasn't too expensive either, about 300 DEC, which feels like a lot now that I'm winning an average of 5 DEC a battle but just a few days ago I was winning 13 DEC a battle so eventually I'll make back what I paid for.

• I really enjoy the ecosystem of Splinterlands. Some people say "play to earn" like it's a bad thing but I much rather do something enjoyable--Splinterlands--than update spreadsheets while pretending I'm not playing video games during Zoom calls where my camera's "not working" lol.
