Focusing on your priorities is a key component of life simplification. It's about finding simpler ways to complete the tasks you must complete and leaving yourself more leeway to complete the tasks you desire.

Modern life constantly pushes us to do more, be more, achieve more, and spend more. As one day slips into the next, we find ourselves striving to "do it all" and then wondering why we're exhausted, stressed out, or operating automatically.

It tends to get more difficult as we go through life. Many of us balance job, family, a hectic schedule, paying bills, and a daily list of things to accomplish.

Although simplicity doesn't grant you an easy existence, in my experience, it definitely helps.

I’d like to share some tips which have helped me simplify my own life.

Make your meals easier and simpler.

Look at your calendar once a week to see what's coming up the following week. Based on that, create a straightforward meal plan that includes breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for the entire family.

Choose the meals you'll prepare, make a list of what you'll need to buy, and take it with you to the store.

Simplify your home.

You want to unwind and refresh at home with your family. You will likely feel stressed if your home is messy or cluttered.

If you want more space and a home that requires less effort from you to maintain, think about arranging it.

Streamline your wardrobe, dress more simply.

We take countless, large and small, decisions each day. Making a decision about what to wear each morning is one of the first of these decisions.

Simplify and tidy your wardrobe to make it quicker and simpler to choose your clothes and to feel confident and at ease in them.

Own fewer things.

Sometimes we collect so much stuff

that it begins to own us.

Our hearts are burdened by it,

and it consumes our time and energy.
