Ok, so CUBLIFE will be fixed to $1 for launch, after that, the price (fingers crossed) should increase. The conversion rate for HIVE/LEO will be whatever it is on the 20th. So yes, price fluctuations will have an effect but 10 in your wallet today is still 10 LEO in 3 weeks. This should really only be a concern to you if your planning to convert fiat to HIVE/LEO in which case I would advise you to do it on the 20th.

And yes, you can send in multiple times over the course of a month.
