I have 2 questions here:

• Is the pHBD backed by HBD?
• I don't really understand this point

This will work identical to pLEO so if you've ever used it, then you'll know exactly how it works

Will we use the same bridge like LEO (https://wleo.io/polygon) to wrap HDB to pHBD?
