I don't think HBD-BUSD LP investors lost money due to impermanent loss. It just gains less than holding purely HBD (HBD gains 200% then LP gains 60%). But most of HBD holders will put their HBD in HBD saving and HBD holders probably don't get any benefit from this pump. And frankly speaking, no one expects this pump so no one lost due to this pump
It's just my opinion :)
