Entrepreneur Who is an entrepreneur? According to me. This is a individual who identify a problem and find a solution by making profit from it.(a person who sets up a business or businesses, taking on financial risks in the hope of profit.)
Is it possible to call everybody an entrepreneur, Is it possible for a woman to be an entrepreneur. Yes it is possible for everybody to be an entrepreneur as far as he/she can Identify problem and make a it a benefit of change for him and his community. According to the way I was thought in the lecture room. Entrepreneur fall to different areas or aspect, but I will be talking about 3 and I will give names of the people who fall to this category of entrepreneur.
1 Continue entrepreneur This is also call serial entrepreneur due to my research. This is an individual who comes up with different ideas, They are risk-takers with lots of ideas. 2 Social entrepreneur This is an individual who pursues new solutions to social problems. They are entrepreneurs who engage in non-profit making activities. Social entrepreneur according to my reading- Vinoba Bhave, Maria Montessori, Florence Nightingale, Kunle Adewale, Abisoye Ajayi Akinfolarin, Chief temitope Ajayi.
3 lifestyle entrepreneur This is an individual who creates profit from personal passion. They put their lifestyle ahead of every opportunity. Some of them in Nigeria are Linda ikeji, Uche Padro, Seun Osewa, Elo Umeh.
To me anybody is an entrepreneur. Be it Fashion designer, Heir dresser, Shoe maker, Taxi driver, Mama cook at the road side and lot more
