Did SPI get lucky punk? - Check out our 5,164 rarity PUNK

Well Punks, it's been an interesting few days on HIVE with HIVEfest and PUNKS being released. Missed most of the HIVEfest dues to work and time difference but I got SPI some PUNKs and that's what we're going to look at today.
. Ok, before we started. I had planned to spend 1000 HIVE and get us 50 PUNKS. I got home from work yesterday and bought us our 50, there were still 6500 available to mint. Fast forward 12 hours and there were only 1000 left. Now at this point, I had no idea what our 50 PUNKS were but I asked myself "DO you feel lucky PUNK?, WELL...DO YA?"

I was feeling lucky and sent over another 1000 HIVE to mint another 50. About 20 minutes later I found out they were sold out so pinged Marky in the Bro server to see if our order went through in time. He told me the max they could mint per transaction was 25 and my first thought was, shit. I thought he going to issue a full refund but Marky minted 25 PUNKS for us and refunded 500 HIVE. Say what you will about Marky, he has this rep that he has but I've always had good experiences with him. Anyways, were we lucky? You bet your sweet ass we were lucky cause in these last 25 PUNKS we minted, we got this bad girl right here.

Meet Celine Griffin, the bad assed Marine Biologist with a rarity score of 5,164. She's one of the rarest PUNKS out there and you can tell she knows it by the way she smokes her pipe. What makes Celine so rare you might be thinking? Check out her wallstreetbets hairstyle, there are only 2 PUNKS that have this style out of 10,000 and i think it's very fitting that SPI got his PUNK cause we're a little bit "fuck the system" and the portfolio SPI has been building for over 30 months keeps us honest.

Celine's PUNK ass is up for sale for 160,000 HIVE, I can't have her around because she might try to take over and hassle takeover my ass. I'd be the next Steve Jobs kicked out of my own project. I trust that face and you know she's classy cause she got that gold ear stud, little bling but not over the top. She has to go!! So, if she sells, she sells. She prob will not sell but hey, if someone wants to pay $140k for her, we'll dry ours by powering up 100k HIVE and buying the best part of another BTC. Im 99% sure this will not sell but, why not try? It's the most expensive and highest rarity PUNK listed at the minute.

Last have a look at Celine's stats. I would like to create a backstory for her but im a dude and I dont know shit about women (my wife will verify this). I'll pick another PUNK to do this with because I think it will be fun to create a backstory for a PUNK and build a character even if there is no other reason than it is just for fun.

I encourage other PUNK holders to do the same, create an identity for your PUNK, post about it, use the blockhead discord server and we could easily build a small ecosystem around these. If Celine were to sell for $140,000, do you think that would make the crypto news? you think lots of people would see this and think, what's this? HIVE? Oh, 3-second transactions that are free. Ah, usernames instead of silly unreadable addresses, nice... Listed on Binance, I'll need to check that out.

Anyways, let's have a look at our top PUNKS, I'll have fun with backstory and character development with another PUNK that is not a chick PUNK. Celine is missing cause we put her PUNK ass up for sale. You can click on the picture to make them a little bigger.

I just had a quick scan for famous names but I dont see any 😥. I would like to be able to download all the traits for each PUNK owned into an excel sheet to see exactly what we have. As each trait has a limited number, I would like to know how many of each trait we have. This information is useful when it comes to either selling are buying. As an example, there are 7 PUNKS with the rainbow hair trait, if owned 2 we can sell for the price of their rarity, if we own 7, we have the leverage to increase the price more because we have them all which makes them rarer to potential buyers.

Marky has said that no utility is in the works yet but he's had his thinking cap on so im sure he's plenty motivated after collecting 200k HIVE in just over a day. Im not sure of Marky's working pace so no idea how long we'll have to wait to find out. Im really looking forward to seeing how these pan out. And, no idea how to value them atm for our next holding report. Prices on the site are all over the place so I'll prob just keep it on breakeven while the secondary market stabilizes in a few weeks.

So, what do think? Do you think we got super lucky with our 1500 HIVE investment/gamble? The way things are looking with the PUNKS we got, I dont see us ever losing HIVE here.
