What is TOP 15 (XV)?

(Nutshell) XV in its simplest form is a basket of 15 cryptocurrencies that we hold for 2 years, then wind down and split the proceeds between XV token holders.

The plan is to buy now while crypto is still on sale and cash out in the next bullrun with fingers crossed, profit.

(Not nutshell)
SPinvest will issue XV tokens and convert the HIVE from sales into a basket of 15 cryptos. These cryptos will be within the top 50 ranked and rebalancing will be done every 3-6 months. Allocation of funds is weighted favouring higher ranked tokens. Stables, pegged tokens and Tron are on the excluded list.

We will issue XV tokens for 10 weeks only and then burn the remaining after this time. There are no dividends and it's a pure HODL token. After 2 years have passed, I will sell all the cryptos in the basket and convert that amount to HIVE. From there, I will work out the HIVE value per token in circulation at 95% of that amount and up put a buy-back wall on hive-engine for all tokens in circulation. Investors sell back tokens and that's it done. All being well, for more HIVE or at least a higher dollar value than today.

Buying BTC, XRP, litecoin, etc in 2015 would have looked smart 2 years later in 2017 when everything was mooning. Buying BTC, ETH, BNB, ADA, etc in 2019 would have looked very smart 2 years later in 2021 as well. Buying in 2023, this year could be a smart move in 2 years' time if history repeats

We have seen the market bottom in and this year will be mostly sideways, that's the feeling and that makes it a great time to invest and do a bear>bull token. We all know that things in 2 years' time will be much better than they are today based on a crypto cycle of 4-5 years. Let's just take advantage of that by collectively buying up a bunch of top-ranked tokens and then just........wait and sit on them.

We might convert out 10k,20k, or 50k HIVE over the coming 10 weeks but if all goes to plan and the world does not end, we could end up buying back in for double/triple are even more than that. We could issue 20k HIVE worth of tokens and buy back 50k+ HIVE in 2 years time, we could buy back 100k HIVE if something moons 20x.

Higher-ranked cryptos lead the market with smaller-ranked crypto playing catch up and im guessing mid-year 2025 will be around the best months for high-ranked cryptos with things under the top 100 ranked seeing their best gains toward the end of the year. HIVE is currently a low market cap token so by winding up mid-2025, investors will get HIVE hopefully in time before HIVE sees its best months of the next bullrun. I've been planning this a few years and it's all about timing and now is the time to do this. The spread between now and the next top is huge and there for the picking. Everything at under 50% of its last ATH is a bargain if it can 2x on its next ATH, that's an easy 4x gain right there.

There are 1 billion XV tokens on offer and 370 million HIVE in circulation so we'll need to recycle the HIVE a few times. I'll be converting the HIVE into other cryptos so investors can buy the HIVE back from me on Binance and we'll get 1 billion issued and push the price of HIVE to triple $ digits in the process, lol.

TOP 15 cryptos and allocation

To make you aware, stable tokens, pegged tokens and tron will not be considered for our basket. Earning a few percent from stables and the risk of having a pegged token unpeg is not worth it. Justin Sun can climb his ego and jump to his IQ and no HIVE will be going that way.

All selections picked will be ranked in the top 50 on coingecko

Allocation will be split

40% to the top 3 holdings (3) 25% to cryptos 4-6 (3) 25% to cryptos 7-10 (4) 10% to cryptos 11-15 (5)

Basket balancing will take place at least every 6 months from the end of the XV token sale

The first monthly report will show the top 15 crypto basket selections, the allocations and were they are being stored.

FAQ's

Will XV tokens pay a dividend? Nope, because HODLing does not generate an income and any yield is 100% based on the cryptos we buy increasing in value.

Can I cash out early, before June 2025? You will be able to sell your XV tokens on the open exchange where the price will be determined by the market and pool of buyers at that time.

How can I track the progress of my XV investment? Monthly reports will be uploaded to the @spinvest account showing the crypto we hold, their allocation to the basket, month to month and overall growth charts to be as transparent as possible.

Can investors decide which crypto to invest in? No, the basket will be decided on by @silverstackeruk on behalf of SPinvest. I have seen from past results that public voting is not the best form of selection for investment. Im not Warren Buffet but I think I have a level enough head.

Are there any fees to pay? SPinvest will collect a small fee of just 5% at the buyback stage in June 2025. For an actively managed fund, 5% for 2 years is decent and SPI has to get a cut🤑

Why end is June when crypto peaks at a year-end normally? The make a long answer short. Paying out in June lets me pay out more HIVE back to investors.

Smaller market cap tokens will see their price increase harder toward the end of the bull run so BTC could 5x and HIVE might only increase by 50% in the first 9 months of a bull year. When BTC growth slows to increase say to 50% in a month in the last 3 of the bull year, HIVE might be hitting its peak momentum and could 10x.

So I'd like to pay out HIVE earlier so I can pay out more. Paying out more is what investors will remember in the future. We all know how much HIVE we have earned from this and that but we rarely remember what the $ value was at the time.

Can I take my crypto at the end of 2 years instead of HIVE? Nope, all conversations will be done in as little numbers of transactions as possible and sending out 15 crypto to each investor that requests it would cost an arm and a leg in fees and be alot of manual work. We buy in with HIVE and we cash out with HIVE 🤑
