SPInvest: Always Seeking Opportunities

Hello and welcome to this SPinvest post
SPinvest is a tokenized investment fund/club for all users of social blockchains. Everyone is welcome! The concept of SPinvest is to get rich slowly by using time tested methods of earning, saving and compounding long term. This lets SPinvest offer an ROI of 20% per year on SPI tokens. We encourage long term investing on and off the blockchain. We hope someday everyone will HODL some SPI tokens that can be bought directly from @spinvest are through the hive-engine .

The last post by SPInvest discussed the idea of yield farming as proposed by @aggroed. In the video, the opportunity for SPInvest to get involved, especially as a team, was spelled out. This could be another opportunity to increase the return that SPInvest generates.

Over the last few weeks, a number of posts were put up detailing how we can drastically change the return to SPI token holders if we double the number of people who are active. One of the biggest advantages to SPInvest is the fact that not all returns have to be passive. Club members can get active to provide a much larger return.

Since inception, the club did a good job to of getting a consistent flow of HIVE that allows it to invest in many different projects.

Here is a look at some of the off chain holdings:

Last week, the idea of buying "land" that was being put out by Splinterlands was discussed. Here we see another opportunity, long term, to increase the value of SPI.

SPInvest is constantly seeking out ways to increase its value by layering into as many projects as possible. For example, it is one of the largest holders of the BROfund token. This is another project that uses both the passive and active approach to generate a strong return. With 4,000 BRO tokens, SPInvest receives daily payouts as well as seeing the value of the holdings grow.

What was available for 1 HIVE (STEEM) a year and a half ago is now over 3.5 HIVE (actually the daily update puts it at 3.70 HIVE). That is a significant return in such a short period of time and it does not include dividends that are paid out weekly.

The club is committed to seeking out and finding the different opportunities that can generate very strong returns. We seek the 20% annual level at a minimum. Fortunately, the pace, thus far, exceeds that by a great deal.

Exponential growth is something that is difficult for many to understand. The "layering" that was just mentioned is just another way to leverage the actions of other projects in an effort to maximize the wealth for all involved in the SPInvest project.

There are a few more projects that are known to be rolling out that SPInvest is taking an interest in. We cannot reveal them at this time but there are some interesting "start ups" that could provide SPInvest with more of the outsized returns it has been receiving.
