Coming back to leofinance and hive with a treat

I am obsessed with these, the orange one in particular.

I, for the first time since a few months after steem came out, have taken a few days completely aware from hive.

Honestly, as I am typing this right now, I am realizing something...

You know that crypto meme... (I don't want to share it and get downvoted for plagiarism lol) of the guy who is wearing gold everywhere and it says "I am in it for the tech"

Well, I have plenty of other crypto that shoot up in price and give daily airdrops.

But hive, it is unique, its something different. It feels different. I don't actually care that much about the price. Of course ALL of us will feel giddy and excited if we wake up and see hive at $150 per hive, for example... but honestly, just coming here everyday to make a post, read some stuff, put my upvotes in, gives a sense of structure.

Regardless of my day, weather it was good or bad, rain or shine, on vacation or in the middle of a major project, I can be sure to come here to share some silver, food or thoughts. Interact with this community, even if conversations take weeks to progress, and just get this feeling of "home" when it is just my eyes and the hive related site I'm staring at.

It was not on purpose, but these 6 macaroons remind of Hex, the coin that has changed so many lives in a good way, don't look into it, I am just typing as the thoughts come up lol.

If you read this far, I am truly touched, tell me why you come to hive so often. Don't be shy to be honest, there is nothing wrong with saying you come here to get more coins to get more money... it is what it is.

Now, I just thought of it... I spend a lot of time using my phone and headphones, so I bought them nice expansive cases. I spend a lot of time driving, I bought a nice expensive car... well, if I plan on spending a lot of time on Hive, shouldn't I be buying a lot of Hive Power? Doesn't that make sense? To allocate funds towards where you spend the most time?
