Invest 100 HIVE

I had 100 HIVE sitting around in an alt-account, and I decided to invest them in dCity.

An extension pack is expected to come soon. It will introduce new mechanics, new cards, but will also put a stop to the sale of cards from the very first edition. For whose of you who are not in the details of this game, a player can buy random cards from the game itself (half of the earnings are distributed to top players as rewards), or from other players by using independent markets.

The cards in the first edition are basic cards that anyone would need for a strong account (houses, industrial and commercial buildings, police stations, and so on...). I expect these cards to get more valuable after the introduction of the third edition, and therefore a good invest opportunity.

I got 25 random cards for those 100 HIVE, and this is what I received:

The current listing value of the cards is 114.745 HIVE, which means I'll start already with a profit from the first day.

On the other hand, integrating these cards within my main city also gives an instant boost: 2121 population compared to an initial 1920 and 1215 SIM income compared to an initial 1083 SIM.

Now I'm curious what would you do with 100 HIVE... What would be your first option to use them?
