I don't have an answer, but you may have answered a question of mine.
My question: why is it so easy for them to round up the change? Those pennies would amount to a lot after a year. Maybe subsidized is the reason for that lazy rounding I enjoy. (Maybe because there might have been a flirt vibe or curious vibe with the cashier gal... maybe... not sure... maybe... )
