BUY orders and STOP orders are two types of orders you can place to buy cryptocurrencies on digital exchanges. These two orders differ mainly in price directionality. Let's try to understand better what it means.

BUY Order The BUY order is set when the price of what we want to buy is positioned higher than the price at which we would like to buy. Example: We have Bitcoin at $55,000 and we want to buy it at $50,000. This way we can buy at a cheaper price than the current one.
The order set will only be triggered when Bitcoin reaches the 50,000 mark. If this doesn't happen and Bitcoin doesn't fall near $50,000 the order will not be executed. So a BUY order is an order that you place to buy something at a price lower than the price at the time the order is set.

STOP Order The STOP order is set when the price of what we want to buy is positioned lower than the price at which we would like to buy. Example: We have Bitcoin at $55,000 and we want to buy it at $60,000 so that we can buy at a price where we are sure of its upward restart. The order set will only trigger when Bitcoin reaches the 60,000 mark. If this doesn't happen and Bitcoin doesn't rise near 60,000 the order will not be executed. So a STOP order is an order you place to buy something at a higher price than the price at the time the order is set.

Gli ordini BUY e gli ordini STOP sono due tipologie di ordini che si possono fare per acquistare cripto valute sugli Exchange digitali. Questi due ordini differisco principalmente dalla direzionalità del prezzo. Cerchiamo di capire meglio cosa significa.

Ordine BUY L'ordine BUY viene impostato quando il prezzo di ciò che vogliamo acquistare è posizionato più in alto del prezzo a cui vorremmo acquistare. Esempio: Abbiamo Bitcoin a 55.000$ e noi lo vogliamo acquistare a 50.000$. In questa maniera possiamo comprare ad un prezzo più conveniente dell'attuale.
L'ordine impostato si attiverà solo quando Bitcoin raggiungerà la cifra dei 50.000. Se questo non accadrà e Bitcoin non scenderà nei pressi dei 50.000$ l'ordine non verrà eseguito. Quindi un ordine BUY è un ordine che si effettua per comprare qualcosa ad un prezzo inferiore a quello del momento in cui viene impostato l'ordine.

Ordine STOP L'ordine STOP viene impostato quando il prezzo di ciò che vogliamo acquistare è posizionato più in basso del prezzo a cui vorremmo acquistare. Esempio: Abbiamo Bitcoin a 55.000$ e noi lo vogliamo acquistare a 60.000$ in maniera da poter comprare ad un prezzo in cui si è sicuri di una sua ripartenza verso l'alto. L'ordine impostato si attiverà solo quando Bitcoin raggiungerà la cifra dei 60.000. Se questo non accadrà e Bitcoin non salirà nei pressi dei 60.000$ l'ordine non verrà eseguito. Quindi un ordine STOP è un ordine che si effettua per comprare qualcosa ad un prezzo maggiore rispetto a quello del momento in cui viene impostato l'ordine.
