ENGLISH Considerations In the HIVE blockchain, there are two operations which are called Power Up and Power Down. Power Up is used to increase the number of Hive Powers. These are identified in the wallet with the initials HP. Having more Hive Power means you have more voting influence on posts and comments. Having more Hive Power also increases the amount of rewards you can receive. To be clear, the Power Up action is the process of converting HIVE into Hive Power. Holding liquid HIVEs in the wallet does not give the benefits that Hive Powers do. Power Down, on the other hand, is the opposite operation of Power Up. This operation is used to convert Hive Power back into liquid HIVEs. After accepting the Power Down operation, Hive Power will be converted back into Hive in 13 weeks. Each week you will receive 1/13 of the reported amount. Example: If we do a Power Down of 130 Hive Power, 10 HP will be converted back into 10 HIVE each week and this process will be completed in week 13. This will decrease the Hive Power in your wallet and decrease the benefits that the Hive Power could give you. Today I made a Power Up of 120 Hives. My goal is to grow my influence on the social network slowly but steadily. Also, the more HP I have, the more possibilities I have to delegate HP to others.
**Conclusions I consider the operation of Power Up fundamental at this particular time, when everything is taking shape. I am convinced that a blockchain like HIVE at this time needs support, which is why I am considering doing Power Ups on an ongoing basis. I won't even consider doing Power Downs in the coming months*.

Questi sono identificati nel wallet con la sigla HP. Avere più Hive Power significa avere una maggiore influenza di voto su post e commenti. Inoltre possedere più Hive Power aumenta anche la quantità di ricompense che si possono ricevere. Per essere chiari, l'azione di Power Up è quel processo che converte gli HIVE in Hive Power. Possedere HIVE liquidi nel wallet non danno i benefici che danno gli Hive Power. Il Power Down invece è l’operazione contraria del Power Up. Questa operazione serve per riconvertire Hive Power in HIVE liquidi. Dopo aver accettato l'operazione di Power Down, gli Hive Power verranno riconvertiti in Hive in 13 settimane. Ogni settimana si riceverà 1/13 della cifra segnalata. Esempio: se facciamo un Power Down di 130 Hive Power, verranno riconvertiti 10 HP in 10 HIVE ogni settimana e questo processo si completerà alla tredicesima settimana. Con questa operazione diminuiranno gli Hive Power nel proprio wallet e diminuiranno i benefici che gli Hive Power stessi potrebbero dare. Oggi ho effettuato un Power Up di 120 Hive. Il mio obiettivo è far crescere la mia influenza sul social network in maniera lenta, ma costante. Inoltre più HP possiedo e più possibilità ho di delegare degli HP ad altri.
*Conclusioni Ritengo l'operazione di Power Up fondamentale in questo momento particolare, cioè il momento in cui tutto sta prendendo forma. Sono convinto che una blockchain come HIVE in questo momento abbia bisogno di supporto, per questo motivo prendo in considerazione di fare dei Power Up in maniera costante. Non prenderò in considerazione di fare Power Down nemmeno nei prossimi mesi
