Yesterday's result
Well we managed to get rid of the second place jinx with our recent selections, but it seems to have been replace with a new sixth place jinx, with Bellevue Lad becoming the second in a row to come home there. Travelled well in midfield for the early part, and asked for more effort around the final turn, making headway to fourth place. Ridden hard at 2f out, but made no further impression on the leaders, ultimately drifing back a couple of places over the line.
