Uniswap, a decentralized exchange, is the number one gas consumer on Ethereum. In the last 8 hours, it accounted for about 30% of all transactions initiated on the network. Since the official launch of the second iteration of Uniswap in March, users have paid around 240,000 ETH to use Dapp.

As of early November 13, Uniswap has been ranked first in the amount of decentralized applications (DAP) fee. The runner-up in the same period was Teether, which accounted for about 11% of total spending on Ethereum. In early 2019, Teether began supplying its tokens to Ethereum.

Computing resources on Ethereum are billed in the GAS, and users on the network are paid in basic cryptocurrency ETH (-5.4%). Since the official launch of the second iteration of Uniswap in March, users have paid around 240,000 ETH to use Dapp.

In particular, users are paying for Uniswap routers, which can exchange tokens based on Ethereum. Uniswap also has two known parts, its token distributor and governance token UNI. These parts generate low user engagement, accounting for only 1% and 3% of the transaction activity generated by Uniswap routers.
