I think this is a cool idea but there is not enough information provided.

How much does a scooter rent for? How often are they rented? Is it a year round business or is it seasonal? Is it in a tourist area i.e. does COVID-19 affect it a great deal?

$1,200, or even a prorated share, is a lot of money without much information. What is the expected ROI? If it is 10 years before one gets the $1,200 back, then it isnt a great deal.

The idea is sensational in my opinion; the presentation of the opportunity needs a bit of work.
