No point in speculating. It is going to be a separate app.
#threads is just a testnet for the infrastructure for ProjectBlank. IT IS NOT PROJECTBLANK.
Certainly there is a chance (perhaps likelihood) the feature stays on Leofinance since it is nice to have.
That said, projectblank will have its own application and token.
