The LEO token isnt being dropped, there is a new token being airdropped (we dont have any details on it yet). The airdrop is based upon the Leopower/miners/wleo held.

What this is referring to is the LEO token moving from Hive Engine to a new sidechain that Leo is setting up on Hive.
