The Macro Moment: The Fed Is Misreading What Is Taking Place

The Fed is tapering, succumbing to what the markets and talking heads wanted. The focus is upon inflation with many mistakeningly believing this is caused by monetary policy. The evidence is that it is not.

In this video I discuss how the Fed is overlooking the demand issue that exists. It believes the economy is strong and demand is holding up. I disagree. By the middle of 2022, it will become evident that the Fed is pushing us into another recession.
