Ohh yes for sure not just you We spent a bit getting our house and yard setup as we wanted it after we moved in last year and then settled into a retirement budget, only to have a couple of issues with the house, finding the people that did the flip cheaped out on the insulation and problems with the AC unit and hence unexpected expenses
