Well Hello There Fellow Walkers And Hivers

It would seem like it's that time of the month again, time for a Wednesday Walk. Okay yeah I know it is suppose to be a weekly thing but since I only make around one a month I should probably rename my Wednesday Walks to Monthly Walks.

Laughs okay I know it sounds absurd but I do walk a lot more than just once a month, actually I do walk about 2-3 kilometers a day, not including the steps I take at work, if I had to include them I'd be walking around 13-15 Km's a day. Yeah I'm really not even taking chances on that.

Now I took some photos on the day, some this morning and some this after noon. Now even if I have to say so myself the weather was somewhat on my side. But I also took some photos during the week and weekend which I find more entertaining to share. Although today had one or two photos that I admired a lot!

Let's start of with the photos taken today!

So I woke up this morning and let the doggers out to go explore, then I got all dressed up in black for work, black since I am a technician and wearing anything else would be, well dumb.

Usually I don't have to call the doggers back to come eat some breakfast before letting them out for the day.

Two of the three doggers came back, the one is getting old so he prefers to stay indoors sleeping the whole day, the other one is alive and young and needs his breakfast otherwise he won't make the day and the last one, the one that didn't return on his own, well he is a survivor. He was basically a rescue but also not and he absolutely loves exploring so the first thing that came to mind was that he went out on the farm to do some adventures!

Turns out I was wrong, partially atleast.

I found him sitting on one of the bails, now as much as I wanted to say he was enjoying the sunrise that wouldn't be quite correct since the sun was at his back, although he might have enjoyed the cold morning breeze, which sounds more plausible since the wind always comes from that direction.

It doesn't really matter what he was enjoying, the fact is that he seemed so peaceful, so content with life on his little bail.

In all honesty that really made my day!

Moving on, I then proceeded with the walk to the Old Pops. We drive together to save some money on gas. Seems legit but I have to do some walking, now sometimes I would like to believe it's a win, lose situation for me but in truth it's actually A win, win situation since I save some money on fuel and well I get some good walking exercise even though walking is a low key exercise.

This is what caught my eye above anything else, I know it seems dull now looking at a photo but DAYUM that looked so beautiful in person!

Just remember that photos rarely do justice for what the eye sees, and I am a fanatic about any view in nature that pops out and this was definitely one of those moments.

Let's go back a few days, laughs I'm not even exactly sure when I took this but it was somewhere in last week, I think perhaps Friday. Well it doesn't really matter now does it.

But I drove home and during the drive I noticed the wind started gushing like mad and I knew then and there that a storm was approaching, and I was getting more and more excited as I drove further and further with the clouds starting to roll in above my head.

Now if I have to be completely honest I absolutely love this weather but that doesn't mean it's not somewhat terrifying at all. It looked like some alienated storm was gushing over the car with the clouds literally rolling.

What I love the most about these storms is the thunder and lightning. It's kind of odd how people differ, while the Betty would do anything and everything to avoid it I would actually without a doubt try to get closer to get a better viewing experience from it.

By the time I got home it died down somewhat, but it was still looming strong. In situations like these I always rush home to be able to see the clouds on the open fields, but as fate would have it I always tend to miss it.

With that said I still went out in the fields to feel the cold gushing wind and the icey feeling in my lungs!

Storms tend to rage a lot stronger on the farm because of the open fields, and with the open fields the winds are so much stronger and it tends to pick up dust a lot more. If I have to compare it with anything it would feel like a battle raging around you.

The sad part about all of this is that Autumn is finally upon us so the storms we have experienced would most likely be the last of the bunch, there might still be rain with a little bit of wind tied to it but storms I highly doubt it!

Just take a look at that! Doesn't that give off some sort of epic feeling? Oh what I would do to experience those tornado's in America where people drive as close as they can to experience the ultimate thrill.

Yes I know a lot of people would say that those storms are dangerous and can kill you and that they end up destroying a lot of people's lives. I do get that but a controlled accident is better than a uncontrolled one, and besides I can't choose what I like, the liking just comes.

Wait a minute, I'm straying too much off topic.... Well folks have a great one and I hope that everyone has enjoyed there Wednesday Walks as much as I did!
