The Crypto Industry Seems To Be So Forgiving.

Ever wondered why many of the "crypto villains" are still free men, quite active in the crypto space and still gain the trust of massive cryptocurrency users despite their known history with crimes, unethical actions and several other bad decisions. Well, this has been on my mind for a while and I'm beginning to think the crypto space is a very forgiving and with easy going people.

Now let me start from the villain we can all relate to here, the Steem villain and tyrant who took over the entire blockchain unethically and even took loads of steem belonging to several community members because they didn't share his opinions. How he's still a free man is still a bit quite surprising if you asked me but mostly, how his networks are still one of the most trusted used by millions of crypto users around the world is highly concerning.

Secondly, the famous Luna Terra Creator who caused the crash of his own project. His actions have reportedly led to suicides, bankruptcy and massive debts around the world but guess what, he's still a free man. He created a new chain and people still jumped on it and still buy into this new project.

Another interesting example is the founder of the Azuki NFTs which is one of the most successful NFT projects ever created. He's an anonymous figure who is well linked to a couple Rug pulls in the past and has even pretended to be a woman to gain empathy from the crypto community. But yet, people still buy into his project and he keeps making his money.

There are several examples of cases like this and you just begin to wonder if the crypto space condones these habits and if the worst that could be done is just some Twitter dragging here and there. I personally do feel one reason why people who make really bad decisions against others in the crypto space go scot free is because cryptos aren't recognised legally as an asset in many countries. Take for instance the issue of Justin, if anyone got affected by his decision to hijack their Steem, they really can't do nothing if they're from over 90% of the countries on the planet since these countries don't have crypto laws and anything of sort.

Another reason why I feel the crypto space is quite a forgiving one is because there are quite a lot of wealthy people in the space. Many don't have the time for dramas and just want to stay low and make more money. "The crypto space has so many opportunities to earn and easily recover what has been lost so why go through the troubles of seeking justice when you can just make more money?". The highest many could do is to make threats and drag these folks on Twitter. Although I know quite a few people who were very intentional with justice but these are just a very tiny portion of investors in the entire crypto space.

Finally, like in Do kwon's case most people feel these guys are just brilliant and could use a second chance, a third chance, a fourth chance and may be a fifth. Their money making talent can't just be kept away in jail and maybe they could do/ create something to clear their name off the list of bad guys.

Well, this has been on my mind for quite a while now and I felt like sharing and hearing your opinions as well. I really hope for a time in the crypto industry when people would be held responsible for their actions and justice would prevail. With this in place, the crypto space should be a safer space for all investors and creators/ founders.
