Instead of Been a Job Seeker, Be a Job Creator
In the present society we are right now, every body want to be an entrepreneur, majority of people actually want to have their own companies, businesses and brand and been the boss running the town. They want to have people under them which they employed. I am not disputing the fact that it is quite wrong. This kind of slavery is I believe every body seems to be running away from which is quite understanding
And even with that, there are still some people out there who will willing love to work under people not because of anything but because they see it as a need to gather much experience and knowledge before starting their own..
With the trend following in this modern age, there is a rapid rise of more businesses than entrepreneurs itself which kind of give the perspective that every entrepreneur is of the goal of becoming a job creator.
Growing up, I was made to believe, go to school, study hard academically and come out with a good grade then look out for a company that will employ you for your wonderful service and yes begin work there but as one begin to expose to the modern lifestyle and the change in the world, one begin to realise instead of been a job seeker, why not be a job creator
This brought in the need for skill acquisition. I remember years back, one of my mate in the school actually love books with passion. His lifestyle is Class-Library then to his apartment. Yes it was actually paying off academically for him but he was missing out on something, skill acquisition. He was doing well academically but poor in self development and skill acquisition
As time goes on, his eyes begins to open to the need to learn more skills whether digital and I am telling you right now he has two wonderful skills in his capacity which can actually be a job creator for more people. He is looking forward to becoming a job creator much more than previous mindset of been a job seeker
The high rate of unemployment in our society, nations calls for more job creators to arise. We have had enough of job seekers, though I can't dispute the fact that there will always be a job seeker, but yea with our self development and skill acquisition we can actually reduce the high rate of job seekers and in turn increase the rate of job creators, this can actually go a long way in solving the unemployment issue some countries really are battling with.
Our society need more of job creators in this our modern age. It will good you should be one of them. You have skills that you know can create jobs, start on it. Why waiting til government create jobs for you when you can create jobs for yourself
