Good Morning Sunshine - Freewrite
Good morning sunshine
Allow the moon to make it's makeshift bed
And leave you in charge of the way
Let the trail of the dark disappear into the West
While the light from the East
Shrouds the beginning of a new day.
Good morning sunshine
Sprinkle yourself over the greenery
Let your golden rays consume the scenery
As your warmth heats the collected dew
Their evaporation will be witnessed by a few
A misty birthing of another day.
Good morning sunshine
Glow on every heartbroken heart
Show yourself to the ones giving in to the hurt
Drag the blessings of whoever deserves them to them
Smile at those who drenched their pillows with tears
While enduring the feeling of their hearts tearing.
Good morning sunshine
Rush to those who tremble when the dark shines
Touch their shaken souls with reassurance
Remind them that every experienced experience
Can be perceived as a learned lesson
To help end their depression.
Good morning sunshine
Won't you please stay a bit still
Your moving around has been revealing
Where stalking shadows keep lurking
Lengthy dark figurines
Obsessively following paranoid beings.
