Challenges we encounter in business
I always love talking about business because of the numerous experience I have gotten from it. One thing that you must know is that nobody knows it all when it comes to learning, it is always a continuous process. The more you carry out activities the more you gain experience. This is why when starting or starting that business you should make sure that you have knowledge of what you are about entering.
I have seen people who told me they are running their business because their friends told them that the business is very lucrative. They rushed into the business forgetting that their friend forgot to told them the ups and down of the business. The friend failed to educate them about the various challenges ahead of them and how to get it sorted out when such thing happens.
For sure, business is sweet but before you think of this sweet side you should think of the better side, sleepless night and hardship is involved. With all this being known and experience I have always told people that before they key into any business they should never look at the money aspect, they should love the business instead. If there is love for their business they will see themselves doing well with the business and when issues that can cripple the business arises they will be able to deal with it because of the love they have for the business.
You know it is very hard to see that you love something and when the thing is passing through issues you will now walk away from it. It is very hard to find any body exhibiting such act. If such thing arises and you walk away from that business, it dare means you don't love the business. In such cases all you will keep doing is trying all possible means to ensure that your business is saved. You can only save a dying business if you have the knowledge about what to do but because you don't know the in an out of that business it might crash.
When it comes to business challenges that we will encounter is always endless. We just can't state it but my post will just focus on how you can deal with them when such issues arises but before then challenges can come from different angle i.e take for instant that you are dealing on cement sales and you have no cement on ground so you decided to go and buy from market, getting there you heard the price is now $10 from $5, you decided to buy it because you have no choice. You know if you don't have stock in place your customers might patronise other seller till you get. You reason this and you buys it because you don't want to patronise other seller. After buying it, you got home and you started selling. The worst happened, you were surprised to hear that the price of cement dropped and it reverted back to $5, what will you do knowing fully well that you bought it at $10?
The above is a very big issue, what I will love to do is simply this but before then the first advice is that next time when price of things rise like that you should strike a deal with your supplier. Just act as a middle man, don't buy any product. When customers gets to you that they need goods all you can do is pull a call across to your supplier, he will supply you, you will supply your customer, he will pay you and you will pay your supplier. With this nobody is making lost. If you notice that the price is back to normal you can start buying. Another thing is that you should simply keep your capital aside and use little from your profit to stock your store, incase buying went back like the situation above you won't be affected and even when you are affected it won't be that bad.
Remember the

When there is issue don't keep over reacting. The first thing to do is to take a fresh bath, relax and when you wakes up sit down and start evaluating the issue. If you keep solving the problem you will be able to discover the solution through that means. Don't over pressure yourself, if you keep doing that you will take a bad decision that might crippled the business more. Challenges are bound to happen in any thing we are doing not even in business alone but you need proper strategies to sort it out.
