I was able to come across this man through my uncle. He is a successful busines man who is making it big in his feed. I asked him if he loves supporting his workers, his reply goes as follows.
- Why won't I support them, they are the reason why I am on this stage today. I have deployed some secret agent which will always pick from my workers who deserved to be given incentive monthly. Up till this date, nobody know the secret agent in my company. They are all surprise how I got them rewarded. You have to see everybody carrying out their duties well. With this method, you just have to see your workers doing their job perfectly. This has helped to yield me some good money daily. So in a nutshell, they are the people that got me to this height. Mind you, they are not my workers but my fellow working colleagues.

Madam, do you give your workers some incentives to motivate them? Hmm what do I say now, she replied. There is one thing I love to do for my worker. I love to get them motivated. I want them to grow more than me in the nearest future. Every month, something must go out of my pocket to support them being it small or big. They can attest to that. I love them dearly. I love this lady when she makes that statement.

I know this guy in person, so we had a long conversation. My bro, how are you doing? Please don't be offended, do you like giving your workers some incentive. I was surprise to hear this statement from my friend. This is his reply;
Tfame, I can't lie to you, I am paying their salary monthly, I don't fail on that, tell me why I should give them extra incentive? Is the salary not enough. I was really sad to here that from this dude. A young dude like him should know that incentive for workers will help to drive his business into a promising height. No wonder his business progress is stagnant. I quickly take bike and depart for my home.
