Support and Communication in cryptocurrency: An integral part of every cryptocurrency project
Many people have chosen to over look this part and that alone is a concerning issue if I may say. A project without a good support and communication sense should not bother to even launch. I have seen many cryptocurrency project all competing with each other. Well, this is just too good for every system but I must admit that since competition is healthy, keeping customers and treating them well should also be taken and treated with the best concern. If you failed in this part i.e ensuring proper communication between you and the entire team then you might fail whole fully in the other part which has to do with dealing with funds.
I know people wants to add value to whatsoever things that is in existence and some with the mindset of growing a particular project to an apex height. This is not bad at all, this will in a longer time or duration helps to educate such person into dealing with humans and serving them with the best attribute. I have said it time without numbers that dealing with humans is one of the hardest thing to ever do in this life. It is not just easy trying to please A as B might thinks that you loves him less or so. The list is just endless and it is a concerning one I must admit.
I have watched many cryptocurrency project grows gradually from just that small number to the greater height that they are into today, this was not done in a day. Remember the popular saying that states that Rome wasn't built in a day, it took years before it got to the stage it is and still yet, it is still going through transformation. One thing is to build and the other one is to keep adding features that will see people always coming for more towards your cryptocurrency project. There is nothing bad in trying new things by building a project. The more concerning thing here is that do you have what it takes to keep up with what you built by making sure that you are carrying your team and customers along despite the wether? This is the more concerning part if I may admit. It is not just to set up the project, it is simply to follow up the process as to ensure that everybody are all carried along.
I was observing a project and this topic came into my mind. A healthy project is one that has a good support system and also good communication background. If you want to see your project waxing stronger you need to move out of that comfort zone by ensuring that in whatsoever thing that you are doing you are carrying your entire team along. As the CEO you are to ensure that you are steady communicating with your team appropriately by ensuring that you are actively talking with the support team ensuring that they are doing their work amazingly. Failure in their ways to do this will mean a dead team and burden for you.
As the CEO of the project you have to ensure that you take all responsibilities for everything happening in your team because no matter what, you will be held accountable for anything that happened with your cryptocurrency project. When you as the CEO of your project always communicate with your team you will see that your project will be waxing stronger no matter how things are.
Once you have the intention of launching your cryptocurrency project you should bear it in your mind that you need to have a working team like a good support system and also a good communication body/channel. This communication body will be the one that will be pushing out useful information to the general public when such need arises while the support team is to ensure that anybody with important issues are guided and resolved almost immediately. In a situation the support team can't resolve it instantly they can forward it to more intelligent body like the developers who can easily get such issue resolved. When all this are in place people will happily embrace your project.
In a system where you don't see a good sign like that it is better you don't key or trust such system with your investment. Any cryptocurrency project without good support system and communication channel you should give it a red flag and never trust it with your investment. I have a lot to talk about when it comes to support and communication in cryptocurrency project, gradually I will keep dropping post regarding this topic so we don't fall into the hands of scammers who are just after our money.
