Workers attention - the magical touch it adds to business
As the CEO of your company one thing you should always preach or add as your company policy is caring. While some kick against this or never practice it, I see it as a tool or an aspect that can trigger your business into an apex height.
Making smart choices or applying smart move is always important when it comes to business if you are planning not to fail. Some of those smart choices include setting your business in the right environment, promoting it through the right channel, treating your customers well and lastly treating your workers properly.
With the above core business practice, we all can see how vital it is to treat workers properly. Incase you don't know, it importance will show up in your business. These are the little secret that pushes business growth beyond reasonable doubt. We all know how vital workers are when it comes to business, so knowing this, they deserve to be treated right.
In respect to the above, I have seen CEO or rather still Entreprenuer's who treat workers as if they are of no use. They treat them as if they are slaves and never important and as such ends up paying the poor reward. This act is bad and should be looked into. Learn to always treat workers right. This is the more reason I am even putting up this post.
While doing my degree program in the field of business administration, we had a debate and four different lecturer came together to expansiate on the impotance of while workers should be given maximum attention. On that day, the discussion was lively and it lasted almost 3 hrs plus with everybody airing their different opinion.
Mr Johnson Ede, the first lecturer told us that he was able to achieve apex in his business the momemt he changed his ways. He said in the year 2009 when he started his business, he was very harsh with his workers. He always treat them so harsh to the extent that they are always afraid to stand in front of him. They worship him like he is God. He pay them salary when he feels like paying and above all, he doesn't takes workers warefare seriously. He enjoyed this criuse for long thinking that what he was doing was the best not until a day came and all his workers protested against how he treats them and to make it worst, dropped their resignation letter. After this act, he called himself to order and changed his ways. Before he could do this, he has already lost the heignt at which is business is running before.
Now, this is what the workers did against the business. While he was busy acting as a dictator, they were busy conniding against his business. When ever they are to supply to customers, they started defaulting and they always end up acting rude. This is how their plan came to existence and the business almost died before the owner retract. You can see the moral lesson the story above tells, this is a very good reason to treat workers nicely.
Imporyance of treating workers nicely
As the CEO of your company, pride should be set aside, don't see your workers as being your subordinate. Treat them with love and respect their decision. This in a long run will help to foster your business. Some of the benefit include;
