With the entire crypto market booming right now, I decided to spend the earlier part of the week looking for shitcoin gems. It started out as a hunt for lowcaps, but then turned into a hunt for interesting projects that were affordable and not overly pumped!

This post comes with the usual disclaimer. The Dood's not a financial advisor nor do I pretend to be one on the internet. This post is for entertainment purposes only. Seek a duly licensed financial advisor for financial advice, not some jackass on the internet with an anon account.... That should all go without saying, but apparently it still must be said, so there you have it.

So I guess I'll start this off with Dogecoin is not one of my coin picks. The Dood loves Doge but honestly feel anything over a few cents is just not sustainable. I wish everyone involved in that trade success. I would love to see Doge succeed but I honestly feel this pump will do more harm than good to that project. Hopefully I'm wrong!

My Shitcoin Picks

I'll post a link to CoinGecko for anyone wanting to do further research. Frankly at this point I think you could throw a dart at a wall of ticker symbols and it will likely be a winner. All I'm looking for are short term trades. Not planning on holding anything over a few months here. If you're looking for Ethereum shit tokens you're not going to find many in this list. I think a lot of these shit tokens are the ICO's of 2021! There may be some money to be made, but long term I think the majority of them will be gone in a few years if they even last that long.

V.SYSTEMS (VSYS) - Price 3 cents.

V Systems is a blockchain platform that supports the efficient and agile development of decentralized applications. https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/v-systems

Casino Betting Coin (CBC) - Price has already gone up considerably since earlier in the week. This is another Ethereum shit token. I tend to stay away from casino coins, but liked the fundamentals on this short term. I'm just looking for coins that are likely to pump through altseason. https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/casino-betting-coin

Nervos Network (CKB) - Still under 3 cents. I actually like this one a lot. I'm looking for short term trades but may actually keep a small position of these. I'm planning on doing additional research on this.

CPChain (CPC) - Under 2 cents. Another IoT coin. Looks interesting. Shooting for a double up and out on this one. Another Ethereum shit token. https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/cpchain

Constellation (DAG) - This one actually has a little buzz around it. Currently under 10 cents. Constellation is an open source platform you can use to create a Blockchain, Cryptocurrency or Decentralized Application. This is another project I may research further for a longer hodl. I do like this one short term though too! https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/constellation

DeepBrain Chain (DBC) - This one is on the Neo blockchain. It's another AI project. I always find these projects interesting. This will probably be another short term trade no longer than a few months.

GoChain (GO) - Currently around 5 cents. This is another one I plan on doing deeper research on. Looks like a really interesting project. Fundamentals look great. Has seen a huge amount of growth up 500% YTD. Looks like lots of room to grow. https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/gochain

Wirex (WXT) - I'm a huge fan of Stellar, been a long time hodler from the start. This project runs on the Stellar blockchain. Website appears to be down, never a good look for a crypto. I believe this deals with cash remittances. Looks interesting. I bought a small bag. I'll proceed with caution on this one.

Summary

I found most of these coins going through Kucoin. Here's a referral link if you need an account. I stayed away from a lot of projects on the Ethereum blockchain. Mainly I think the gas fees are ridiculous for small traders. I suppose that's why they're trading so well on exchanges though. Regardless, I suspect several of these Eth projects won't be around a few years from now. However, picking the winners could be lucrative if you have the time and energy to do the research.

For the most part I was simply looking for quick trades. Coins that haven't ridiculously pumped already. My main goal was looking for some quick flips. I'll be going through SouthXchange or Bilaxy next looking for similar projects.

Got any low cap gems or coins you feel are flying under the radar. Please feel free to share them in the comments.

Thanks for reading... See you on the moon!
