Introduction

A movie based upon a romantic comedy genre in which a girl starts dating a decent looking skinny boy to be in the safer side of not getting hurt as she is unable to handle relationship failures, but eventually ended up falling in love with him. On the other hand this was nothing less than a conceit challenge for male protagonist to make it work with all his blood and sweat. The film stars as Alice Eve and Jay Baruchel and was directed by Jim Smith.

This is one of my favorite movies along with perks of being a wallflower.

Why this is so special?

The most distinctive feature about this movie is that it is practically unreal. I feel like it is not possible specially in the case of modern day love . Most of the times a woman never initiates dating a person which is so unattractive to an extent where his own ex has cheated on him ,that too with confidence.

Many times it is seen that woman has got the liberty when it comes to pick the best partner possible for herself in a relationship. It can be decided on many factors required by the woman for example according to her life, emotional support, expenses, career or on the basis of fun. But in every cases she will start dating a person only with whom she finds attractive. Whereas some others are idiotic generous rare creatures , who usually loves someone or like a person irrespective of their shining beauty.

Don't interrelate with break ups because according to relationship philosophy break ups are the consequences of incompatibility and improper emotion management between couples.

In this movie, the female protagonist thinks that because his so called smart & successful ex dumped him ,so now it is better to settle with not so attractive guy because he will be least vulnerable to hurt girls which are out of his league. But as the story progresses, with every passing day she falls in love with him more and more because of his innocent heart and the way he treats her woman.

Important Lesson learnt

Don't judge a book by it's cover ,because sometimes that book can change your entire life even though you find it's cover not so interesting and attractive.

Is it practically real in modern day love? Unfortunately, I have not seen it till now .

My question is that why we need to waste our time emphasizing on a physical attractiveness when in actual case scenarios the beauty resides inside your heart . Just a thought which comes to my mind very often, that successful relationship and marriages are always the product of compatibility and immense love ,irrespective of how good-looking is your partner is. I feel it is very difficult to co-operate and adjust with someone who is less intellectual and mature ,even though he/she has nice-looking and gorgeous traits like Dmitry Furmanov and Mona Lisa.

Famous quote - "Outer beauty please the eye but inner beauty captivates the heart" ,so always seek for the last one.
