Welcome to the first monthly financial update for Threshold Guardian Gaming!

Usually these will be released on the 1st day of each month, but we decided to delay posting until after the extended July 4th weekend for those that celebrate. Happy belated 4th of July USA 🇺🇸

The Bottom Line

These monthly reports will focus on $THGAMING and its financial status, but occasionally major announcements will be included, when appropriate.

June 1st 2022 — Start of Phase 2

Our LPs refresh every 90 days, so the LP fund began with 3 months of disbursements.*

Our focus was on preparing our first NFT series, organizing Splinterlands events, and establishing partnerships. To that end, THGaming partnered with LOLZ and PGM to incorporate both tokens into our regular curation efforts. The NFTs and events will be discussed in further detail below.

The majority of our spending for the month of June was on the THGaming LP, Private sales, and Token swaps ($LOLZ and $PGM). Curation rewards are being split between the Prize Pool, Treasury and Social Pool, and we're focused on optimizing our curation (team) efforts to increase monthly returns.

In future reports, we'll provide our total curation rewards for the month with a break down of the top Hive Engine tokens we're holding in the Guild Treasury. Our ledger has been set up and ROI's on our Token holdings are a lot easier to track now.

We have also started listing our gaming assets within our ledger and will be releasing those stats either in the next "State of the Guild report" or in a separate post. We don't want to throw too much information at our readers.

Hive Mining Token & NFT

"Hey now, what happened to the WAX series?!" as mentioned in our Whitepaper.

After digging into the costs and mechanics for each series we're working on, it made more sense for us to start with the 'Hive Miner NFTs' before following up with the 'WAX Airdrop NFTs'. We are a lot more experienced working with Hive Smart Contracts, and Hive-Engine makes it a relatively easy to set up and monitor these contracts.

Say hello to Minthagg the Magnificent! We loved working with the digital artist @japex1226 and are planning for him to create our WAX Art (Airdrop Series). What do you think of his amazing work?

We're reviewing final tweaks for the design of the card border, but the artwork will not change.

MINTHAGG NFTs will only be distributed via airdrops, during the $MINTHAGG TOKEN MINER Presale and once the Public sale commences.

Final NFT numbers and airdrop conditions will be announced in a post once the Art design is 100% complete.

The mining Tokens will only be available for sale on Tribaldex once the Private Sale starts. No Tokens have been issued at time of writing.

Proceeds from the initial sale of these miners will go directly towards powering up $HIVE (HP) on @thgaming, acquiring $BEE for Hive-Engine expenses, investing in p2e gaming ecosystems, and funding future and ongoing projects. The core development team will not receive any of the profits from the public or private sales.

WAX Airdrop NFTs

The follow-up "Pegasus" Airdrop NFT series doesn't yet have a release date, but we've already begun working on artwork ideas and budget for the launch. We'd like to mint this series with airdrop automation enabled from day one.

The Waxchain is a different kettle of fish altogether, but we have 'some friends on the inside' there now, and will have Waxchain support and expert advice when it comes to our full scale Wax launch.

Splinterlands Events

Our current goal is a pair of tournaments on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of August (6th/7th and 20th/21st depending on your timezone). These dates are contingent upon completing steps that are currently pending. We'll release an official announcement with the specifics once all the details are finalized.

We will run our Tournaments over a few days to give players in different timezones enough time to play.

These events will be supplemented with contests, raffles, and auctions sprinkled throughout the month of August.

WRAP-UP

A major focus for THGaming in July is tapping into our Gaming Events fund to both acquire gaming assets and prepare our prize pools for the launch of regular Splinterlands events. We can't reveal the details just yet, but we're actively discussing potential collaborations and partnerships with appealing blockchain games to be announced when finalized!

As always and MOST IMPORTANTLY, do not spend any Money / Crypto you can't afford to lose! The global crypto market is undergoing what could be a long term bear cycle (more sellers than buyers) and everyone should be preparing for a long haul. Our Token Miners & NFTs should be seen as a long term investment into the $THGAMING token & economy, bought with excess funds.

During this Bear market, Threshold Guardian Gaming will not stop innovating and developing our Token, Guild and Economy.
