Riding the waves of entrepreneurship
Finances haven't been that great for several years
Huge bumps in the road have made it hard to manage or sometimes even to get through the end of the month for a few years now. I think it has been like this for seven years while I look back at when things started to get tough. Nevertheless, I'm still holding up and with every bump that I've overcome along the way, I felt stronger because another hurdle belonged to the past again.
The past few years I've learned many new things
I discovered new talents and passions that I never even thought I could enjoy, and old talents were reinvented as well. Things that were forgotten during hard times slowly became enjoyable again. With these new interests, new ideas popped up as well and earlier this year, when a lot of people were facing financial hardships, I felt that this was my moment to take a huge step careerwise.
Without having any diploma or experience in the field where I applied for a job that instantly felt "mine", I got hired. I think my honest and open nature did the trick and I was stoked!
Getting hired meant: being an entrepreneur again
I have been one in the past and was waiting for a new opportunity when the time was right to start the journey again. This was that moment, during the coronavirus lockdowns I got hired for the job that I didn't have the credentials for and would probably be a long term job and open the doors to new opportunities. This is only my second month working on this project but I have to say (especially now I moved apartments and find some peace of mind) that I really feel powerful and doors keep opening more often.
Plenty of time to work on several projects
I'm not the person that bets all on one horse, I like to work on different things so I will stay motivated and have some variety in my work life. This is the perfect job for that, I only have to work part-time and the rest of the time is reserved for my private life and projects that I have up my sleeve!
I hope to share experiences in the Leofinance community
I found @leofinance today after reading a post from @khaleelkazi about investing a few bucks a day in ETH / BTC. I was inspired and instantly motivated to share more about my business experiences as I also started trading a bit recently. I'm not invested heavily like many others out there, but I have to start somewhere, right?
