Cryptocurrency investment has be hit with a serious crash in price and a lot of crypto have not been able to cope with the situation some investors are already getting tired of this crash because it has over stayed, The question is what could be the cause of this crypto market crash? Some researcher have come to a conclusion that the crypto market crash was linked to the high inflation record and Russia’s invasion against Ukraine. Could this be true. Also some expert also concluded that the crash of cryptocurrency can also be traced to the COVID-19 pandemic that stroke the world 🌎 this has actually created a serious problem among investors and some are already thinking of how to cut their losses by selling their asset in a low price than Lossing it all but my question is can this be a solution to the crypto crash ? However we all no that this is not the first time cryptocurrency will be facing this kind of problem it has happened in some years back
In 2021 the market has dropped by 52% and even 38% the same year and we have seen it happened again this year .

1. Lack of enough liquidity in cryptocurrency market: many investors prefer to leave the asset in liquid in other to sell when their is a pump in crypto price and in a situation where we have investors selling and not investing it tends to affect the market and it could Leeds to a crash .

High Security breach leaking to market fear as a result of this cryptocurrency investment may experience crash due to some network and security reasons for example,hackers infiltration and government interference like what is happening in Nigeria that the government put a ban on cryptocurrency sales in all their financial institution with this it could Leeds to a market crash due to the panic from the investors
3. Crypto influencer : influencer and public figures can also contribute to the crash of a crypto if a sentimental statement is made a out a particular coin or crypto and a good example of this is Elon musk statement sometimes ago that affect Bitcoin price just by a single tweet .

What is the solution to the bearish market situation?

1. Believe in the long term investment strategy
2. Have a solid plan before venturing into cryptocurrency investment
3. Understand that volatility is part of the crypto business
4. Don't panic
